As with all Black Sun fighters, only the detailing can be changed, and the main portion of the hull remains the "silver" or bare metal. In the images below, the Primary color appears as red, and the Secondary as orange. Note that for some reason, the default colors for this hull are red and white, instead of orange, and I changed those colors for these images. White actually matches the base hull color fairly well, and so those parts of the design are "hidden" until you explicitly paint them.
Yes, texture 1 has only that small painted area on the nose, and texture 4 has no Secondary color. I read on the forums that the Black Sun textures are bugged, and don't include the details that should be on the wings.
